Much like apps such as Canva and PicsArt, TextLab - Photo Editor also features a number of ready-to-use templates that you’re free to use. These templates make it easier for you to edit text, so you can create high-quality works even without any prior design or editing experience.
Find the right design
As already stated, TextLab - Photo Editor provides users with a variety of design templates that allow them to upload a photo and adjust the text or any other necessary elements to their liking without having to go through the time of starting from scratch each time. These templates also feature a variety of texts—from short quotes to romantic paragraphs—that you can use, as well.
Apart from being simple and easy to use, TextLab also grants users a variety of free elements that they can add to their outputs. These include fun stickers and filters that you can adjust to your liking. The app also has over 100 font types for you to choose from, so you can easily find something that best suits the image you want to create.
Furthermore, users can easily share their creations directly on social media from within the app. However, it’s important to note that the app experiences frequent freezing, which can only be troubleshot by forcibly closing the app and relaunching it. The app also lacks some basic editing tools that allow you to alter things like an image’s highlights and saturation, as well as its brightness, contrast, and hue.
Not the best option
While TextLab - Photo Editor does work quite well when it comes to providing users with a quick way to create new images, it pales in comparison to the numerous similar apps available on the market. With frequent app freezes and a lack of basic editing features, you’ll end up having to rely on a second app before or after processing your image in this particular software.
